Extract the ZIP and run Install.command with your DAW closed, or copy the VST3 bundle using Finder. This package is locally signed and is not Apple notarized. If macOS blocks an unverified developer, follow the per-item Privacy & Security → Open Anyway instructions. Do not disable system-wide protection.

How do I install and activate?
Download the ZIP for your platform and follow the English installation guide. When you first open the plugin, enter the license key from your Freemius purchase email. The main controls unlock after activation. No separate 21Music account is needed.
Which hosts and formats can I use?
These packages contain VST3 for compatible 64-bit Windows hosts and compatible Mac hosts on Apple Silicon or Intel. Logic and GarageBand require AU, which is not included. Compatibility with every DAW and operating-system version is not guaranteed; contact support before buying if unsure.
Can I use it offline?
After successful activation, the entitled major version works offline without periodic licensing checks. Initial online activation requires internet access. For a device-bound signed offline response, contact support.
Why does my computer show an installation warning?
The Mac package is locally signed but is not Apple notarized; Windows Setup is unsigned. Read the installation guide. Use only official downloads, and do not disable system-wide protection. Contact support if your system blocks the package.
What is the refund policy?
Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a technical issue that makes the plugin unusable and that we cannot resolve. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Read the license and refund terms.
